Q: Can I use FFPE samples? A: Yes, but an additional de-crosslinking step is required. See the RCA (FFPE) protocol.

Q: How long can I store the slides before imaging? A: We recommend imaging immediately. If necessary, store at 4°C in PBS for up to 24 hours.
